Parable of Talents: A New Interpretation

Is the Parable of the Talents really about using your gifts and abilities for God? We reconsider Matthew 25:14–30 in its larger context and ask whether Jesus was actually continuing his warning about the coming judgment upon Israel and Jerusalem.
